By 2030, the total of veteran suicides will be 23x higher than the number of post-9/11 combat deaths. When you include the number of drug overdoses, the scale of this ongoing tragedy is incalculable. My late father, an Army Veteran, was prescribed OxyContin by the VA and became severely dependent. Long story short, in 2011 we convinced him to try cannabis and it literally saved his life. I’ve spent nearly everyday since trying to save as many veterans and first responders as possible with this amazing plant. We’ve given away over $10 million worth of free cannabis and CBD to our members, many of whom get free opioids but cannot afford enough plant medicine as an alternative.
