During his time at EY, he developed invaluable technical and intangible skills working across the business landscape primarily in audit and transaction diligence with the privilege to serve clients of all sizes, industries, and types (PE v Strategic). Ideals of quality, ethics, inclusion, teaming, and being a trusted advisor providing an excellent career foundation. Eaton provided him with unmatched diverse global industrial manufacturing experience including large cross-functional teaming and visibility to the C-Suite during his Corp Dev. This furthered his development in M&A skill set from EY which included at Eaton full-cycle deal execution, DCF modeling, and negotiation skills. He worked closely with Eaton’s internal legal team and business partners was critical for his development.Thereafter, Nick was recruited to Rohrer Corp, and again to Growscape which provided hands-on middle-market experience. Alongside the CFO, he architected financial analysis, monthly reviews, and overall problem solving in order to establish the finance function and KPIs to drive business performance. Ultimately, working through difficult business turnaround situations, keeping the value-proposition of the business, long-term strategy, and people in the forefront of decision making.Nick is industrious, operational-minded, and embodies non-traditional thinking or approaches to business problems that includes Servant Leadership, Mindful Listening, the Socratic method, and the Power of Positive Thinking.
