I am responsible for planning and executing a pledge education program that has been approved by the Central Office that serves to prepare our 27 new initiates for official brotherhood status. This program includes networking opportunities between the pledges and active brothers as well as weekly classes that serve to educate them on our three pillars of brotherhood, service, and professionalism. I oversee the completion of this program to ensure that all pledges are well-informed about the business fraternity and are prepared to be initiated upon completion of the program-Serve as leader for 27 newly inducted DSP individuals to aid in their transition to brotherhood status through the completion of a pledge program consisting of classes, social events, volunteering, and networking opportunities-Ensure that all pledge information is submitted in a timely fashion to the Central Office to maintain proper records
