About Nick M.

Over the past 13 years, I have worked in several different positions in many different industries, with the majority of my experience coming as a Business Analyst. I have worked several contracts and full time positions with some of the top financial institutions in the country, as well as some technology based companies. I have been in a fully remote role for the past 8-9 years and am only interested in fully remote work. Working many different positions has helped me build out a wide range of skills, including data analysis, process development / improvement, project management, implementations, technology, and more. A few of the skills that set me apart from others are my communication skills, problem solving, ability to learn & adapt, and attention to detail. I have strived to perfect these areas and I feel like I can be successful in any position in any indutry because of this. Family will always be the most important part of my life, but when I am at work, I try to take in and learn as much as I can. I work hard, enjoy taking on new roles and new industries, and am always ready for the next challenge!

   Responsible for onboarding new clients onto our customizable SaaS Platform; this included requirements gathering, QA, UAT, training, etc.• Successfully created a more efficient process for client implementations. For certain types of clients, we were able to cut the implantation time down by 30%-50%, while also reducing the client’s implementation workload, implementation team’s workload, and the risk of errors in the set up.• Constantly communicate with the clients throughout the implementation process and acted as a liaison between the client and our implementation/development teams.• Responsible for ensuring that the system was set up correctly by performing internal QA, and training the client during their UAT testing. Part of this was creating documentation and test plans for clients to follow, as well as demoing their new system.• Created several job aids, scribe tutorials, requirement documents, and other types of internal and external documents to assist both new hires on our team and the end clients.• Learned other responsibilities as need; stepped into the project manager role for a brief time and also was able to work on implementation tickets when our team fell behind, including building out areas of our SaaS Platform
