With MoseleyREA I have continued to work in a tenant rep capacity and have been fortunate to work with several national and regional retailers and restaurants including Starbucks Coffee, Jimmy Johns, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn Steakhouse, Kay Jewelers, Jared Jewelers, Zales, Dress Barn, Maurices, US Cellular, Pizza Hut, Ihop, Banfield Pet Hospital, Tazza Kitchen, Freddy\'s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, Rumble Boxing and Shrimp Basket. In addition to tenant representation I worked with CVS in the \"preferred developer\" network handling the greater Piedmont Triad area completing 12 development projects which included responsibilities in land assemblage, contract/lease negotiations, REA/OEA negotiations, traffic impact analysis, and entitlements (permitting and rezoning). I currently provide fee based development services for Freddy\'s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers covering the Triad, Fayetteville and eastern/coastal North Carolina Markets. I have also provided land development and build-to-suit services to various retailers and restaurants and have been responsible for the development of approximately 20 projects in North Carolina and Virginia.
