Responsible for two key products for upstream cell culture:BioProfile Flex2 - Single analyser for 16 parameters in cell culture; chemistry, pH/gas, osmolality and CDV- Single sampling as well as automated; from sample cups, 96 well plates, Ambr15, Ambr250 and benchtop bioreactors- Small sample volume as low as 135μL- Limited maintenance with easy to change consumables and walk away operation- Connectivity options including OPC control and bioreactor feedback control- To be used in labs that are also GMP and 21 CFR Part11 compliant FastCDV- Small 100 μL sample volume - 32-position carousel tray and 96 well plate sampling options- Fast 45 samples/hour throughput - No external dilutions- Automated cell counts to vc/mL
