I am a Chief Underwriting Officer and former Chief Actuary and have worked in the London Market since 1997.At CFC I lead the underwriting function, with a focus on driving profitable and sustainable growth in our portfolio over the long term. I am committed to delivering innovative products, providing outstanding levels of service and using technology to improve the experiences of our underwriters and brokers alike. I believe in supporting others to achieve and exceed their personal goals and I enjoy seeing people’s surprise at what they can do. I try to execute the leadership principles of L.
