From managing the planning process for Media City, and complex settlement expansion projects in the North, to the changing centre environment of Sheffield, and re-positioning retail assets, Nick often represent clients as well as advising them on the most effective strategy and delivery process. He is leading on major logistics projects in the UK, several complex green belt cases. and major regeneration and greenfield housing sites totalling over units. He works with a range of major clients on their ambitious growth plans around the UK, and actively promotes their interests as well as seeking the best planning outcomes.
