Hello! My name is Nick, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as a Finance Major at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, with an anticipated graduation in June 2028. As a current third year at Drexel, my academic and professional journey has equipped me with a robust set of analytical and leadership skills, enhanced by hands-on experience in wealth management, property management, strategic operations, and event coordination. As a Strategic Operations Analyst at HHM Hotels, I contributed to driving innovation within a dynamic and fast-paced organization by leveraging deep knowledge of data management and process optimization. My role involved developing more efficient methods of communicating key information, streamlining operational workflows, and analyzing large-scale datasets to support data-driven decision-making. Working at HHM, an industry leader in hospitality, has provided a strong foundation to sharpen these skills and make a meaningful impact across the company. Previously, as an intern with the Ozazewski-Decker-Plunkett Wealth Management Group of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, I assisted in managing investment portfolios, evaluating market data, and delivering tailored financial insights to support long-term wealth strategies. I complemented these experiences with a strategic mindset and operational leadership as the Property Manager for Alpha Epsilon Pi’s Delta Rho Chapter, where I managed budgets, maintained cash flow, and oversaw property maintenance. I am also passionate about community engagement, having served as a volunteer coach for the Next One Up Youth Organization. In this role, I provided both on-field and in-classroom mentorship to over 80 young men from the inner city, promoting teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Beyond my finance and leadership roles, I independently run a freelance DJ business, where I handle all aspects of operations including budgeting, marketing, client relations, and detailed tracking of expenses and revenue. This venture reflects my entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage both creative and financial responsibilities effectively. My skill set spans financial analysis tools such as Excel, Trading View, and Python, as well as content creation with Adobe Creative Suite. I am always eager to take on new challenges and leverage my diverse experiences to make a meaningful impact in the finance industry.
