Dedicated Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in supporting the growth and development of young people, teams, and individuals.I’m passionate about helping education providers design and deliver practical, career-ready curricula that truly meet industry needs. My journey started in hospitality and catering, where I launched a catering school, and later moved into business education, leading programme development as a Business Area Manager.Along the way, I’ve served on governing boards in both primary and further education, working closely with Ofsted to help ensure all learners receive a high standard of education.Currently, I lead the development of the UK’s first accredited conveyor belt repair qualification and work with City & Guilds to support schools and colleges as they introduce T Levels.Suppose you’re looking for friendly, expert support to build, improve, or successfully deliver vocational programmes.
