Experience in the development and implementation of the systems clinically integrated network & population health network. Helped create and lead Premier Health\'s value strategy and product/program launch.Experience in the development and support of business strategies to increase volumes to sustain market leadership for all Premier Health Partner’s organizations. This includes the collaborative development of a business plan, follow-up on direct or indirect implementation activities, tracking and reporting progress. Experience in the development and support of strategies to increase the volume of various employed physician practices as well as independent and academic physician practices to sustain market leadership for all Premier Health Partner’s organizations. This includes the collaborative development of a business plan, follow-up on direct or indirect implementation activities, tracking and reporting progress. As the former Chief Purchasing Officer for the system, I was responsible for all ‘non-labor spend’ ($700 M). I was responsible for the pursuit of cost effective healthcare delivery, balancing the dual responsibility of real savings and quality. I also led, developed and maintained a supply/resource management organization required to execute world class non-labor expense management of the system. I directed continuous sourcing activities across the organization, working closely with the system management team to pursue sustainable reductions in the total cost of good and services procured with simultaneous improvements in the equality and service levels of the supply/resource base.As a former Vice President of Hospital Operations I functioned as a member of the senior administrative team of Miami Valley Hospital. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, staffing, influencing, and coordinating numerous clinical services, selected service lines, and various hospital departments.
