The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the strategic development and execution of all corporate communications with an aim to build understanding of business strategy, culture, and values. The Vice President, Corporate Communications actively drives engagement and change management efforts through companywide communications across existing and future channels and vehicles including new and emerging technologies. Main responsibilities include: •Developing and implementing corporate communications and employee engagement strategies and plans that engage, align, and inspire employees with Addison’s vision and business strategy, and drive employees\' understanding of priorities and key initiatives.•Ensuring consistency and alignment of corporate communication activities across all of Addison Group’s family of brands and Addison core business units and functions.•Serving as a strategic business partner and providing strategic counsel and executive writing support to Addison’s Executive Leadership team as needed, and developing messaging and presentations for company updates, key initiatives, industry issues and other topics.•Identifying and implementing communications opportunities to connect leadership with employees, developing key messages and communications materials.•Planning content and overseeing implementation for quarterly business update meetings, podcasts, and events.•Meeting with leadership and internal stakeholders to assess the structure of the department and determine needs for additional resources.•Overseeing and leading the Enterprise Communications team of three employees.•Serving as senior communications advisor for Addison Group’s Project Alloy team. •Establishing and tracking metrics that help correlate internal communications programs with employee productivity and organizational performance.
