A key architect in the merger between the worlds largest lottery company (GTECH) and the worlds largest casino solutions provider (IGT). This was (and remains so today) the largest M&A transaction in the gaming supplier industry.Prior to joining IGT, Nick held various executive roles at Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL). These roles included: President and CEO of Aristocrat’s American business (Las Vegas) and which is their largest revenue and profit generating company, and Executive General Manager of Aristocrat’s Europe, Middle East and African division based in London. Nick has also served on the Board of Directors for Interblock (Elektroncek B.V), Ace Interactive and the American Gaming Association (20••••12).Before entering gaming, he held senior financial roles at AT & T and later NCR Corporation in both Europe and the US. He graduated with honors from the University of Auckland (New Zealand) with a Masters Degree in Commerce and is a fellow member of the Australian Institute of Public Accountants.
