In 2015, I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Business Management(B.S.). My career began as an Assistant Operations Manager at Vetter Stone Comany where I expanded my knowledge of workflow, staffing management, and production fulfillment. In 2017, I took on an expanded role as the Assistant of Operations and Safety Manager. This increased my knowledge in OSHA and MSHA laws. I further advanced my career, in 2018, by being promoted to Plant Superintendent. In this position, I managed over 40 employees in the production facility. In 2020, I got promoted to Director of Operations overseeing all of Vetter Stone and Alabama Stone\'s Operations from the placement of the order to the delivery of the product. After six years of streamlining the production processes in both companies, I became the Chief Operating Officer of Vetter Stone in 2026.
