My key responsibilities include:Well Planning & Design Collaborating with senior engineers, I help design well trajectories, casing plans, and drilling fluids to meet operational goals. For geothermal wells, I focus on handling high-temperature requirements to ensure both performance and sustainability.Real-Time Monitoring & Optimization I monitor drilling data in real-time to optimize performance and reduce downtime. At the well site, I ensure alignment with the drilling plan, making adjustments as needed, particularly managing geothermal temperature and pressure.Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Working with field teams, I quickly address technical challenges on-site. From managing unexpected pressures to resolving geothermal-specific issues, I provide solutions that maintain safe and efficient operations.Data Analysis & Reporting I analyze drilling data and create reports on safety, performance, and key metrics, supporting continuous improvement. In geothermal projects, I contribute insights on heat flow and efficiency for sustainable development.Safety & Compliance Safety and environmental compliance are top priorities. I uphold protocols on-site and in documentation, with added emphasis on safe, responsible handling of geothermal conditions.Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams I liaise with geologists, reservoir engineers, and renewable energy specialists to align activities with broader project goals, gaining insight into sustainable practices.This role has strengthened my technical and problem-solving skills, enhancing my commitment to safe, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions.
