Took a leading role in developing EV technical strategy, proposing and assessing hardware/software (OCPP/CMPS) manufacturers, novel installation methods or associated technologies such as storage and generation. Our detail-oriented approach usually led to us obtaining the contract for the installation works- Advised clients on hardware and software solutions, ensuring they selected the right products to meet their needs- Carried out statistical analysis of energy data, and making recommendations on the suitability of the supply for EV charging, and whether a new connection would be required- Led a culture of continuous improvement for process and technology, continually iterating on the site survey form and pricing tool to improve quote accuracy and aiming to eliminate re-surveys- Reduced commercial and operational risk through robust design reviews and governance.
