As a Career Coach at Ivy Tech Community College, I help students and alumni achieve their professional goals and aspirations. With almost 10 years of experience in online teaching, training, and curriculum development, I design and deliver engaging and effective lessons on various career development topics, such as resume writing, interviewing, LinkedIn, and networking. I also counsel students on potential career pathways using a variety of assessment tools, such as the VitaNavis SuperStrong Assessment, Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment, the Agile Work Profiler, and InsideTrack Student Coaching methodology.
