As a hands-on Company Director, I am heavily involved with ensuring the day to day smooth running and infrastructure of the business, embracing the challenges of motivating a team of technicians & event production staff across a broad spectrum of fields including audio, visual, lighting, logistics, set and staging, whilst also maintaining an active role in production management. Taking a seed of an idea on a journey from concept to completion is still what drives me to achieve exceptional results every time.
