Wesleyan Assurance Society is a proud mutual that is committed to creating brighter financial futures for the professions we all trust.My role as Head of Intermediary Distribution consists of the following:• The implementation and refinement of Wesleyan\'s Third Party Distribution channel to the UK IFA market - ensuring strong leadership and direction to ensure business plans are created and executed to the highest level.• Continually developing the Society\'s “Business to Business” (B2B) capability and approach to support future customer growth.• The day to day operational management of Third Party Distribution - including planning, forecasting, performance, budget development and reporting.• Building and further strengthening strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth through Third Party Distribution with a view to developing scaling up the Society\'s capability in this space. • Providing regular market insight (IFA, Platform, Competitor) alongside a strong understanding of competitive landscapes, to deliver innovative solutions that ensure Wesleyan\'s Third Party Distribution channels continue to grow.• Working collaboratively with product team to ensure appropriate customer focused design solutions. This includes regular input into the shape and delivery of internal platforms to meet the requirements of both internal and external distributors • Engaging, influencing and working alongside Senior Leaders across the Society to design and deliver a model that meets customer, employee and business objectives• Accountability for an effective external AND internal communication strategy that drives understanding and engagement of Third Party Distribution and the Society\'s capabilities.• Ensuring activity complies with FCA and GDPR rules and regulations.• Leading and building a Third Party Distribution team - attracting and retaining resources to respond to demand, market opportunity and the delivery of key business goals
