ABOUT NICK HENN
Nick is an accomplished executive with deep experience in the law, corporate development and general management. He has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results as a legal and business leader. He has extensive international experience having lived and worked in Europe, Asia and North America. He has built, led and developed highly-successful teams across a wide-range of businesses and functions within large corporate organizations. Nick worked in the retail energy industry for a number of years, including spells in the UK, Canada and the US. Nick started his legal career with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, a large international law firm, before moving in-house with spells at Reuters Group plc, Centrica plc and Direct Energy. He currently leads the Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs and Communication teams at Loblaw Companies Limited. Nick is a proud board member at Pro Bono Ontario and is Board Chair at the Retail Council of Canada. Nick is a British and Canadian Citizen and currently resides with his family in Toronto, Canada
