Heading the Greater Manchester regional property office of a large multi-national retailer with direct responsibility for the Acquisition, Construction, and Facilities\' departments.• Playing an active role in the ongoing strategic management of the business, working closely with the other members of the Regional Board Management Team covering the region\'s 97 trading stores.• Responsible for the financial planning for the future Acquisition, Construction and Facility Management budgets, including the management of the regions existing property portfolio.• Providing leadership, motivation, and strategic direction to the Property Team of Construction Managers, Acquisition Managers, and Facilities Manager, throughout the life cycle of projects.• Overall responsibility for site identification, acquisition, legal completion, planning, and construction, through management of the property team and external consultants and business partners.
