ABOUT NICK HAMMOND
My experience includes 13 years in construction with three of the top ten construction companies in the world. Each company I have worked for has a strong safety culture all of which contributed to the leadership I carry as an individual and in the field. My goal is to continue to help develop employees form the front line to upper management to see the importance of safety and how it can work together with meeting production goals. Safety to me is not only my job but a passion. I want every employee to understand that what they do and how not working safe can be fatal if they don’t have the necessary mind set.
