Oversee timecard approvals, attendance, vacation tracking, and maintain rosters and cross-training matrices for workforce readiness. Communicate daily KPIs and lead performance alignment with departmental goals. Drive audit readiness, root cause problem-solving, and support departmental projections and productivity improvements.
