Royal Mail & LTSB managing over individual cases and supporting over 100 HR consultants • Project managed the Disability, Age and Dignity & Work portfolios for Royal Bank of Scotland Group• Devised and supported the delivery of Intercontinental Hotels Group\'s Award Winning ‘Confidence to Serve All \' Training• Founding member of the London Development Agency’s blue print Independent Disability Equality Group • Commissioned by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office to devise & develop their Disability Equality Scheme • Commissioned by the British Council & LOCOG to support the scoping of the 2012 Cultural Olympiad with respect to ways of promoting disability equality • Retained for 3 years by NICE (National Institute for Health & Clinical Excellence) to facilitate their national equality Forum • Commissioned by the Department for Transport & Department for Energy and Climate Change to provide Equality & Diversity training • Commissioned by Operon and AMEY Facility Management to provided access consultancy and training • Commissioned by Hertfordshire & Oxfordshire County Council to carry out county wide service user consultation into service delivery.
