As the Manager of Planning and Programs for the City of Kitchener\'s Sanitary and Stormwater Utilities, I lead a dynamic team responsible for developing and implementing 10-year master plans on alternating 5-year update cycles and everything that comes under that umbrella from customer service regarding levels of service on drainage complaints to 10-year capital programs for two well established utilities in Canada\'s fasting growing community of Kitchener in Waterloo Region.
