As the Senior Vice President at PeopleShare, I am responsible for fostering the growth of the sales team, working hand in hand with operations, and managing the overall sales activity for our Carolinas region. Motivated by the constant challenge of customizing recruiting solutions, I cultivate client relationships with the ultimate goal of improving my team’s efficiency to effectively communicate PeopleShare services to prospects and develop meaningful relationships with new clientele. PeopleShare is a true partner to its clients, providing excellent customer service and the adaptability to customize solutions based on their specific needs. Working in this environment highlights my leadership qualities and versatility, which helps me reach personal and organizational goals. Outside of the office I love nothing more than spending time with my wife and children and watching them grow (too fast!) every day. On the weekends you can find me fervently cheering on the Fighting Irish. Everything stops for 13 Saturdays a year.
