ABOUT NICK FRAMPTON

At Deutsche Bank, Nick was hired initially as a senior Trading Floor/VIP Support Engineer/Senior Deployment Support Specialist on a fixed term contract term of 6 months, extended twice with two 3-month extensions. Whilst supporting three Trading floors and VIPs, Nick also worked as conduit between Support and DB SRE, Product owner and Engineering teams. • Nick provided senior troubleshooting services for Deployment Teams, which included complex issue solving, end to end support and knowledge base updates including the full documentation cycle. Nick operated inside channels of communication between deployment and EUC teams. • He was seconded during the first half of his 1-year term working directly with DB Private Banking users to resolve MS Teams issues. This included Nick working in partnership with internal infrastructure teams, reporting up and down for the highly data sensitive Wealth management business. Day to day this included issues and problem management, root cause analysis and reporting between the business and senior technology management teams.• He was an integral member of the new building move project, now completed. Nick brought with him a wealth knowledge from previous roles at BlackRock and Barclays Global Investors. During this time Nick was instrumental, working in partnership with external Citrix and Microsoft consultants rooting out RCAs with many challenging issues.• He worked in an unofficial mentorship capacity for some EUC DB permanent and contract staff on request EUC managers, teaching structured goal driven working style and communication skills. Also, Nick was always keen to share troubleshooting and RCA investigation methods. e.g. documentation from the start method.
