I have spent the past 20 years building my career in hospitality, including over a decade with Thomas Keller’s restaurant group at his three-star Michelin restaurants, Per Se and The French Laundry. I studied Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America and business at Cornell University, which helped shape my approach to service, brand building, and long-term client relationships. Today, I’m focused on shaping Stalwørth into a benchmark Napa Valley single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon producer.
