ABOUT NICK EDGE

As CEO for TGI Recruitment I am responsible for the strategic direction of the business on a global level including business development strategy, consultant performance and key client relationships. I am passionate about recruitment and enjoy working with the team to create consistent levels of service for our clients and candidates along with ensuring we maintain high standards and best practices at all times.I have 15 years recruitment experience in various domestic and international markets. This work covers a variety of high level technical engineering projects across the Energy and Chemical sectors placing a wide range of personnel across projects in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.I manage operations from the Manchester, UK office servicing many international clients within the Chemicals and Energy sectors. I take a very hands-on role in recruiting, training and the development of staff to take them from a trainee to an autonomous senior member of the TGI team. My experience training and mentoring staff ensures consistent personal and professional growth helps to create successful recruitment career’s for my colleagues.
