ABOUT NICK EAGLETON

Since being promoted to General Manager, I’ve helped Austin Hayes facilitate positive change throughout the entire company, transforming the culture of the workforce and day-to-day operating procedures, while rolling out new workplace initiatives to inspire and motivate our staff.This team-focused approach has had a remarkably beneficial effect on all members of Austin Hayes, which is evident in our employees’ perfect attendance record, our continuing lack of need for any disciplinary action, and the fact that all work areas are kept in immaculate condition. Furthering this team spirit, I’ve taken great measures to invest - and bring out the best - in all of our staff. This has included providing specialist training for our various teams, and implementing health and safety measures to ensure that everyone who works at Austin Hayes feels both secure and satisfied in their role.These efforts have had amazing repercussions in almost every area of our company - from enabling us to take on even more challenging projects, working more innovatively as a team and progressing in an area that we’ve all become particularly passionate about: sustainability. Sustainability is a corporate responsibility that we take very seriously, and in my time as General Manager, Austin Hayes has gone above and beyond to ensure that we’re as eco-friendly as possible. From optimising our in-house processes and protocols, to fostering important partnerships across the UK and Europe and achieving globally-recognised accreditations such as the ISO we’ve truly gone the extra mile to become an environmentally conscious company.Our employees are more impassioned about their work than ever before, and in our pursuit of working greener, we’ve discovered new and exciting avenues that were previously unthinkable. Austin Hayes is a happier, safer and more innovative place as a result.This is only the start, however. I’m dedicated to continuing on this rewarding journey along with the rest of the Austin Hayes team, and look forward to hitting more milestones in the years to come.
