I\'ve worked at tiny startups, big startups and big public tech companies. And from all of my experience, I’ve learned that people are the most important part of software.    Feb 2023 — Present

   Fullstack IC across React, Hasura/PostgreSQL, Auth0 within a service-oriented architecture; owned architecture and delivery of multiple zero-to-one platform features.* Led migration from hand-rolled UI components to Material UI, improving design consistency and developer velocity.* Worked on AI Labs project to use Langraph, ChatGPT, and Agentic UI\'s to drastically reduce manual configuration time* Analyzed and optimized core platform feature by 10×+(30s → 3s) by introducing esbuild.* Implemented LaunchDarkly to streamline releases, eliminate long-lived feature branches, and foster experimentation.* Mentored team of two junior engineers, raising code quality and engineering practices.* Championed AI-assisted development with Claude Code, reducing coding time up to 50% and increasing automated test coverage.* Ran a team retrospective to iteratively improve our processes resulting in higher throughput and increased ownership for individual team members* Advocated for Data-Driven Product development and worked with Product Team and stakeholders to capture critical product metrics
