I\'m responsible for the Management and Leadership of the Enterprise Systems Group, which is comprised of application developers, systems administrators and infrastructure engineers. Our teams maintain multiple BMC Remedy systems that support FISA and OPA staff as well as representatives from over 100 additional NYC agencies. Additionally, we build, manage and enhance several home-built enterprise applications from the AR system toolkit.We also support the IBM Rational Suite which contains the ClearQuest SDLC platform (which served as the base for our home-grown Change Management, Defect Tracking and Purchasing systems) and ClearCase (providing a Software Configuration Management solution for the organization).We look after Enterprise testing tools including: MicroFocus Quality Center / Unified Functional Testing, IBM Lotus Notes Domino, and the following Enterprise Monitoring solutions: ipswitch Whats Up Gold, SolarWinds and BMC ProactiveNet / TrueSight.Additionally, the Enterprise Systems team features an Infrastructure sub-group that maintains the City-wide Timekeeping Infrastructure, which consists of over managed devices in over 600 buildings throughout the 5 boroughs and Upstate New York.
