ABOUT NICK DIDLICK

I originally wanted to be a Moto GP world champion but when that dream didn\'t pan out I decided to get into property. I started out at Countrywide Residential lettings as an administrator and was quickly promoted to Assistant Team Leader working on the Credit Control, Terminations, and New Lets teams.Having worked in an office environment for over two years I realised my passion was in the front end as I love meeting people face-to-face. From Countrywide I moved to William H Brown as a Lettings Negotiator where I worked with an excellent team and was rewarded for meeting KPIs. After a year at William H Brown I moved to Bairstow Eves where I was quickly promoted to Senior Lettings Negotiator and later the Lettings Manager running the Carlton Office, I met some fantastic individuals at Bairstow Eves and learnt a great deal there. Following Bairstow eves, my journey with Lettings then took me to Burchell Edwards as a Lettings Manager in charge of the Ilkeston office. Having worked in Lettings for some time at this point I then decided I wanted to take on the challenge of residential sales so I moved to YOPA as an Local Estate Agent on a self employed basis which taught me several disciplines of self-motivation and budget control. I am now delighted to say that my professional journey has now took me to Belvoir in Mansfield. I have recruited my own fantastic team of property experts here and am currently creating the sales arm of the business having previously been exclusively lettings.
