I directly manage a team of nine professionals, focusing on empowering them with the resources, knowledge, and support needed to deliver exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external requestors.As a member of the HIM Leadership Team, I play an active role in the planning and preparation of a major digital transformation initiative, set for implementation in 2025.
