I am a senior investigator and compliance professional with extensive experience leading internal investigations, managing organizational risk, and resolving high-stakes, sensitive matters within complex environments. I currently serve as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, assigned to the Professional Standards Unit, where I lead internal affairs involving employee misconduct and politically sensitive investigations.My work is grounded in integrity, discretion, and strict policy alignment. I routinely collaborate with legal counsel, human resources, executive leadership, and external partners to deliver fair, timely, and defensible investigative outcomes.
