As Assistant Superintendent, I provide executive leadership across Grand Rapids Christian Schools by guiding strategic planning, casting vision, and aligning cross-campus initiatives with the district’s mission and goals. I lead and support district-level teams to collaboratively design and implement systems that drive instructional excellence, student flourishing, and organizational coherence.I am responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of GRCS’s K–12 education program, with a focus on ensuring curricular alignment, effective instructional practices, and professional learning grounded in our shared vision for Christian education. I also provide direction for the district’s assessment and accountability systems, ensuring data-informed improvement efforts.Additionally, I lead the strategy and oversight for marketing and communications efforts that unify our internal and external messaging, promote our mission to key stakeholders, and represent GRCS in matters of public interest in partnership with the Superintendent.
