I lead FCSA’s work on regulation, legislation, and external stakeholder engagement. Working closely with Government Departments, MPs, Lords, and industry leaders to represent the interests of compliant umbrella companies and the wider supply chain.I am particularly focused on ensuring that new legislation—like the Employment Rights Bill—works in practice for agencies, intermediaries, and workers alike. I oversee development of FCSA’s public positions and consultation responses, which can be found at: https://fcsa.org.uk/policy/I also represent the organisation at external events and panel discussions, as well as playing a role in delivering FCSA\'s own events and campaigns.
