Inside Sales Manager - Northern Europe @Boston Scientific

I am responsible for day-to-day management of the Inside Sales team across multiple divisions in the UK, Ireland, France and Belgium. I provide coaching as well as process optimization and capability development of the Inside Sales reps, as well as managing EMEA projects. I am also responsible for the stakeholder management and divisional coordination for these countries, and closely collaborate with divisional stakeholders in order to maximize the value Inside Sales brings to each division.
