This knowledge growth is achieved through spending time within the relevant cohort of people and identifying where there are gaps. I would then design a development program and deliver this. Ongoing executive caching would ensue, ensuring the knowledge is embedded and delivering the desired results.Supporting mangers on how to deliver an effective performance management program and meetings is a key part of the role. This fits into a big part of developing everyone and helps suport cultural growth.
