My work focuses on building scalable operating models across people, process, and technology — translating commercial intent into execution across functions and business results.Over my 24-year career across aerospace, e-commerce, and FMCG, I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse teams to deliver meaningful change—whether in digital transformation, supplier optimisation, or building operations that are both sustainable and customer-focused.At HelloFresh International, I drove operations and digital transformation initiatives across 10+ markets, where we achieved significant cost savings while raising supplier performance and enhancing customer experience. Before that, at Lilium GmbH, I helped pioneer electric aviation supply chains, cutting prototype costs by 70% through innovative battery procurement strategies. Earlier at Boeing, I learned the value of precision at scale, leading initiatives that reshaped supplier operations for resilience and efficiency.What motivates me most is working with talented teams to solve complex challenges. I believe the best results come from creating environments where innovation and collaboration thrive.
