Led and mentored a team of data scientists focused on driving successful adoption of Socure’s products. Spearheaded initiatives to integrate more agentic AI into workflows, significantly increasing productivity and accelerating organizational change. Served as a subject matter expert in Fraud and KYC, training and evaluating ML models to assess risk for fintechs, traditional banks, and public sector clients. Applied techniques such as SHAP to explain model behavior and clearly demonstrate value to clients.
