An experienced Executive Chef, I was trained on classical French and English Michelin starred food. I have over 25 years’ experience within hospitality, from my Academy Culinaire apprenticeship, running restaurants-classic French, English, modern global food, cooking for a private family, delivering unique experiences for them and their guests, managing a gastro pub, through to being executive chef helping to develop and grow the food offer from the first site. I like to lead from the front at all times, motivating, developing and supporting the teams around me.
