I’ve been fortunate to have spent the better part of my career working in the M&A / Transaction and Value Creation spaces, both on the Advisory side as well as on the client-side in Corporate Development and traditional Deal-Team capacities. I’m a seasoned strategic and operational advisor to corporate and private equity clients, with deep knowledge of M&A transaction strategy and process along the entire transaction timeline. I’m focused on providing operationally-centered advice and support for both buy and sell-side engagements and value creation opportunities, and specialize in designing and leading major transformations.Previously, I\'ve also served in more traditional corporate finance roles and have also had the fortunate opportunity to start and operate two small businesses.
