ABOUT NICK CACCAVO

As the owner of Windance Boardshop, I apply my MBA entrepreneurship skills and passion for wind sports to help people get geared up, stoked and on the water playing in the wind and waves. Windance has been one of the premier wind sports shops since 1984, supplying all the wing foiling, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and downwind SUP goodies you need to get shredding and have a blast. I\'m privileged to be part of its legacy and excited to be leading its next chapter. Before becoming a business owner, I spent over eight years as a strategy and business initiatives consultant at Wells Fargo, where I developed and implemented sales operations solutions across multiple lines of business. I leveraged my analytical, CRM, and process improvement skills to enable consistent and efficient sales practices, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and revenue growth. I have also provided freelance business consulting services for companies of all sizes across multiple industries. My early career was focused on nonprofit work supporting rural community development and during that time I was able to help hundreds of people achieve their educational and economic goals. I also gained experience in all sorts of fun areas, from running retail stores, wholesale warehousing operations and working with people across cultures to firefighting and running around dressed up like batman to advertise new product launches. Life is short and I believe there\'s something to be learned and a difference to be made no matter where you find yourself. So own it, enjoy it, challenge yourself to always be better, and remember life\'s not that serious :)
