ABOUT NICK C. MORROS

I am the President and Managing Director with SRM Medical, with twenty plus years of Healthcare experience in Imaging, Orthopedics and Supply Chain Consulting. This experience includes Management and Leadership roles in Radiology, Orthopedics, Ambulatory/Surgical Services, Acute Care Environments, Sales/Marketing, and Consulting. My variety of Healthcare experience leads to my ability to readily identify cost opportunities, focusing on improving the overall margins of Health Systems by reducing non-labor expenses and improving supply chain processes. • Specialize in supply chain management and optimization for medium to large health care organizations, resulting in over $150+ million in savings • Review, assess, and implement process improvements for supply chains, both from a technology and talent perspective • Analyze vendor strategy and implement recommendations including vendor consolidation efforts and/or reduction Previous to joining SRM Medical, I was a Senior Managing Consultant in Supply Chain with Berkeley Research Group where I was responsible for driving the Business Development Process, including Proposal Strategy, Pricing, Presentation, Scoping, Billing and Contract Management. My projects focused on aligning Leadership, Physicians, and Staff to reduce overall operating expenses and implementation of operation improvements for supply chain areas. Preceding my affiliation with Berkeley Research Group, I spent several years in the Medical Sales Field. The positions included, working for Synthes-USA (Trauma/Regional Field Trainer), Biomet Orthopedics (Reconstruction/Spine), Smith and Nephew/Orthopedics (Reconstruction/Trauma), and Alpha Tech Spine. These positions supported a Level-1 Trauma Center and Eleven other local Healthcare Facilities. Prior to Sales and Marketing, I practiced as an Orthopedic Physician’s Assistant in Joint Reconstruction, Spine, Trauma, and Sports Medicine disciplines of Operative Orthopedics. I also held a multi-year position as a Radiographer at a Level-1 Trauma Center with a concentration in Emergency and Operating Room Radiology.
