I work with clients at the corporate and site level to help them understand the risks at their facilities, and to develop robust solutions to help reduce those risks. I also work with Aon account teams to ensure strong understanding of the client\'s operations, enabling accurate marketing of the client to the insurance market- Conduct onsite and virtual surveys of client locations to develop underwriting reports and recommendations - Develop accurate loss estimates (MFL, PML, NLE)- Conduct account wide reviews to help market the client\'s portfolio of locations and to help prioritize risk improvement - Develop risk control service plans and manage internal/external resources to execute - Mentoring and training of junior team members - Industries serviced include mining, power generation, manufacturing, food, and warehousing
