They want accounts and tax handled properly, but they also value clearer communication, faster responses, and a more proactive relationship through the year.My background is in accountancy and tax, including senior roles in a Top 10 national firm and an advisory-led regional practice. That experience means I care about getting the technical work right, but also about helping owners make better decisions with clearer financial visibility.I’m especially interested in fostering long-term client relationships built on results.
