Building a regional EUR PMI playbook from scratch, which can be used for the integration of upcoming M&A’s within EUR, potentially rolled out globally when mature enough.Working with functional/work stream leads to input into the PMI playbook, but also driving them to create their own for future deals.Involved from DD phase - responsible for creating an end to end M&A ‘Integration masterplan’ coercing all functions/work streams (Operations, Commercial, Legal, Finance, HR, Tech etc), highlighting key Day 0/Day 1/Day 100 and end state deliverables.Ensuring that DP world realize the synergies/ROCE as a result of the deal due to successfully integrating the newly acquired company, and working with finance on value capture initiatives. Tracking key risks and dependencies throughout integration lifecycle, and ensuring this is appropriately communicated upwards to steerco.Leading interdependency workshops to ensure all functions/workstreams are aware of each others plans, deliverables and objectives to minimize integration disruption.Driving decisions from SVP levels within steerco to make a decision on integration principles, integration scenarios, targets operating models and end state goals, to ensure we can plan accordingly. Implementing and facilitating workshops to achieve this as and when required.
