Provide technical support related to Talis Clinical software and hardware solutions in a professional and courteous manner; effectively communicate with Clinicians and Clinical Engineering to facilitate resolutions of their needs.• Document software defects and customer problems, using CRM and MS Team foundation.• Client launch team member: Work as a team to execute client launch plan, including user training for groups/ individual users, facility product introduction/ coordination, initial user device login assistance, product configuration feedback documentation, and practice launch logistics• Support multiple applications including WebUI, AIMS (Anesthesia), and PIMS (Perfusion), and Remote View/ECMO software.• Monitor project deadlines and work with appropriate team members to complete tasks on time.• Ability to troubleshoot & configure multiple medical devices such as Anesthesia Machines, Patient Monitors and Heart Lung Machines from the following vendors:(Drager, GE, Medtronic, Phillips, Terumo, Masimo, LivaNova,).• Proficient in Microsoft SQL, Linux OS, Microsoft CRM and MS Team Foundation.
