ABOUT NICK BRADLEY
Nick is a technologist with degrees in mathematics, theoretical physics, surface physics and material science. Before starting his own business, he worked in high purity chemicals and fibre optics as well as in the medical and nuclear industries. He spent seven years as the European manager for a large American multinational business.He has owned and run a number of businesses including an electronics company, a robotics business, a contract research & development company and a marketing consultancy.Nick has over twenty-five years experience as an independent consultant specialising in business start-up, marketing and raising venture capital. He has worked closely with a large variety of companies to prepare them to be investment ready. For 15 years, he was the manager for North Wales for Xenos - The Wales Business Angel Network.He has also undertaken extensive work as a marketing consultant and has first hand experience of exporting medical products, instrumentation, fibre optics, craft & consumer products and giftware to Europe, North American and the Far East.In 1980, he founded Anglesey Consultants Limited to provide marketing and market research support to companies in Wales and also to encourage start-up businesses and to provide assistance in developing business plans and raising the appropriate finance. He has lectured in Entrepreneurship as a visiting academic at the University of Wales - Bangor.In 2008, he launched a headhunting businesses - North Wales Executive Search to recruit senior executives for organisations throughout North Wales.In January 2017, Nick joined Severn Seed Finance as Head Investment Associate. This organisation specialises in securing equity funding for start-up and early stage businesses.
